Job Roles Within IMerge Company

In our company, there are many different job roles, which cover different areas.

Admin

The Admin Team are responsible for things such as:
  • Promoting and distributing awards to their outstanding employees
  • Closing and signing upcoming deals for the company
  • Public relations

The Admin Roles:

  • CEO: Aimee & Daniel Conway
  • Company Secretary/ IT Manager: Lorena
  • Finance Manager: Malaika


Events

The Events Team are responsible for things such as:
  • Promotion
  • Selling as many tickets by targeting correct market
  • Ensure all things are organised at the venue

The Events Roles:

  • A&R: Ben
  • Sales & Marketing: Deji
  • PR: Daniel F
  • Events Manager: Reuben & Paris & Neelam


Creative

The Creative Team are responsible for things such as:
  • Poster and Flyer Design
  • Logo Design
  • Website Design & Keeping it updated

The Creative Roles:

  • Art & Design: Shantel
  • Multimedia Manager: Ruben Gardiner
  • Journalist: Suryian
  • Photography: Billie-Rose
